*Morning Bootcamp, Advanced Fitness Class and Sparring Club have not yet started. These will begin within the next several months.

WHAT TO BRING:
You will want to bring a water bottle (CFB does not have a water fountain) and a towel for drying off between rounds. You should wear comfortable exercise clothes and athletic shoes. CFB has hand wraps and boxing equipment for beginners to use. Most people eventually want to purchase their own gloves and hand wraps. Ask one of our staff for advice on the best equipment and where to find it.

Boxing Fitness Class:
This class teaches the basic foundations of boxing and kickboxing and incorporates them into a full body workout. In this class you will learn to use the speed bag, heavy bag, muay thai bag, and even jump in the ring to punch focus mitts with the trainer. Beginner through advanced level participants work side by side at their own pace for this full body workout. Members help teach, inspire, and push one another to be the best they can possibly be. Environment is fun and non-intimidating.


Advanced Fitness Class:
Take your training to the next level by joining our advanced fitness group. This session is one hour of intense training geared around helping clients tone up, slim down, and reach peak physical condition. Classes are for members who have participated in fitness boxing for at least 1 month and are ready to push themselves further.


Sparring Club:
The Sparring Club is a small, invite-only club that offers clients the opportunity to learn to spar in a safe and controlled environment. Full protection gear is required and a trainer must be present. Ask one of the Cincinnati Fitness & Boxing staff members for more information about how you can get involved.


Personal Training:
Set up a time to work one on one with our trained staff. Use this time to work on perfecting your skills or target a specific body part for optimized results. Sessions can be purchased individually or save money by purchasing a package deal. While our group classes have a focused personal training element, individual sessions are not included in our monthly membership fees. Personal training can be done as an individual or as a small group.

What better way to begin your day than to kickstart your metabolism with a one hour, boot-camp inspired session. This workout partners cardio training with resistance training to give your body the perfect boost in the morning. Space is limited to 30 participants per session so contact Cincinnati Fitness & Boxing or speak to one of the trainers to secure your spot in our December/January class.
