The only training and workout facility of its kind in Greater Cincinnati, CFB focuses on integrating the fitness elements used in boxing and martial arts into a high-energy, multi-faceted program that will get you into top condition. Fitness boxing has quickly become one of our country’s top choices for getting fit while having fun and relieving life’s stress. Everyone from movie stars and professional athletes to stay at home moms are using this unique, cross-training program to get into the best shape of their lives while learning boxing techniques like the pros.

At Cincinnati Fitness & Boxing we teach basic boxing and kickboxing skills and then integrate those skills into a full body workout with a personal training touch. Classes last a little more than an hour and each participant paces themselves based on their personal comfort level. We do all of the training of a fighter without the striking so as a client you will not get hit unless you choose to participate in our Sparring Club.
